Roaring Fork Scoop

For HOAs, apartments, parks and businesses

Dog waste stations, handled

We install, empty, restock and sanitize pet waste stations across the Roaring Fork Valley. Fixed route, fixed day, bags always stocked, and one monthly invoice.

Every visit, every station

Priced per property, based on how many stations you have and how often they need service. With a 12 month service plan, the stations are ours: we supply, install, maintain and replace them, so there is no equipment to buy. Already have stations? We service those too.

What we install and service

Who we work with

HOAs and neighborhoods

Stations along the paths and common areas, emptied on a fixed day so the board never has to chase it.

Apartments and condos

Fewer complaints about the lawn and the dog run. We keep bags stocked and bins empty for your residents.

Parks and trailheads

Heavy use, mud season, snowmelt. We run the route on schedule and flag damaged stations right away.

Hotels and rentals

Pet friendly properties that want the grounds to look the part for every guest.

Offices and storefronts

A clean strip out front for customers and staff who bring their dogs.

Vets, groomers and daycares

Constant foot traffic with dogs. We keep up with it so your team does not have to.

How it starts

Send the property

Address, how many stations, and whether you need new ones installed.

Get a flat monthly price

One number per month, stations included on a 12 month plan. No equipment to buy and no per visit surprises.

We install or take over

New stations go in where people actually walk. Existing ones get cleaned and restocked on day one.

Same day, every week

Photo log after each route and one invoice at the end of the month.

Questions from property managers

Do we have to buy the stations?

No. On a 12 month service plan the stations are owned by Roaring Fork Scoop. We supply, install, maintain and replace them if they are damaged, and you pay one monthly service price. If you already own stations, we can service those instead.

How often do you come?

Most properties are weekly. Busy parks, trailheads and large complexes often run twice a week. We set the schedule with you.

Who supplies the bags?

We do. Bags are restocked on every visit and included in the service.

What happens to the waste?

It is bagged and hauled off the property. Nothing is left in your dumpster unless you ask for that.

Is there a contract?

If we supply the stations, the plan is 12 months so the equipment pays for itself. If you own your stations, service is month to month. Every account gets a written service agreement and one monthly invoice.
