Frequently Asked Questions

Getting started
What areas do you serve?
Carbondale, Basalt, El Jebel, Glenwood Springs, Aspen, Snowmass Village and Redstone. If you are just outside those towns, ask. We often cover nearby roads and subdivisions.
How do I get a price?
Send your address, how many dogs you have and how long it has been since the yard was cleaned. You get a flat price and a fixed service day the same day. No walkthrough and no sales call. Use the quote form or call or text 970 710 1419.
How much does it cost?
Every week: $22 a visit for one dog, $27 for two. Every other week: $29 a visit for one dog, $34 for two. Each extra dog is $5 more per visit. A one time reset for a yard that has gone a while starts at $89 and is quoted after you send photos. Same price in every town, no fuel surcharge.
Do I have to be home?
No. Most of our clients are at work. Leave the gate unlocked or give us a code, and you will get a photo of the latched gate when we leave.
On every visit
What do you do on each visit?
We sweep the whole yard in rows, not just the obvious spots, including fence lines, under decks and behind sheds. Everything is bagged and hauled off your property, the gate is latched, and you get a photo.
Do you take the waste with you?
Yes. Everything leaves with us and is disposed of off your property. Nothing goes in your trash bin unless you ask us to.
Is it sanitary between yards?
Yes. Tools are sanitized between every property. We can also add an enzyme deodorizer treatment to any visit.
Can my dog be outside during the visit?
Fine by us if your dog is friendly. Tell us in the notes and we will say hello. If your dog would rather not, we work around the schedule you give us.
Weather and seasons
What happens in winter?
We keep going all winter. Fresh snow gets a lighter sweep, and for weekly clients we come back on the thaw at no extra charge, because that is when a season of waste surfaces at once. More in our post on winter scooping.
What if the weather is bad on my service day?
We work in most weather. If a storm or ice makes a yard unsafe, we move the visit by a day and let you know ahead of time. There is never a charge for a weather reschedule.
Dog walking
What walks do you offer?
A 30 minute neighborhood walk for $30, a 60 minute adventure walk on the trail for $45, or an adventure pack of ten 60 minute walks to use across the month for $399. Each extra dog is $10 more per walk.
Will I get updates?
Yes. You get a photo and the route after every walk. Walks are done by the same people who clean your yard, so your dog already knows them.
Billing and cancelling
Is there a contract?
No. Scooping plans are week to week. Keep it as long as it helps.
How do I pause or cancel?
Text or email us before your next service day. There is no cancellation fee and no charge for weeks you pause. See the full cancellation policy.
How do I pay?
By card through our secure online checkout.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and follow the same safety routine at every property.
Businesses and HOAs
Do you work with HOAs, apartments and businesses?
Yes. We install and service dog waste stations for HOAs, apartments, parks, hotels and offices, and we clean shared green spaces and dog runs. Commercial accounts get one flat monthly price and one invoice.
