Cancellation Policy
Effective October 5, 2026. We keep this simple: no contracts and no cancellation fees on yard plans.
Yard scooping plans
- Weekly and every other week plans are week to week. There is no contract.
- To pause or cancel, text or email us before your next service day. There is no fee and no charge for paused weeks.
- If we arrive and cannot reach the yard because the gate is locked or the code has changed, we will contact you and try to come back the same week.
One time resets
- Resets are scheduled for a specific day. Please let us know at least 24 hours ahead if you need to move or cancel it.
Dog walks
- Please cancel or reschedule a walk at least 24 hours in advance. Walks cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed because we could not access your dog, may be charged in full.
- Adventure pack walks are meant to be used within the month they are purchased.
Weather
We work in most weather. If snow, ice or a storm makes a visit unsafe, we reschedule at no charge and tell you ahead of time.
Payments and refunds
Completed visits and walks are not refundable. If something about a visit was not right, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and fix it.
Emergencies
Things happen. If you have an emergency, contact us as soon as you can and we will waive late fees.
